My Designs: Searching the Records List

The ‘My Designs’ list of records by default is organised so that the most recently created will always appear at the top and the rest of the list will follow in reverse date order. There might be occasions when you need to quickly locate an older design record from your list and there are some tools that may help with this.

FIND

On the bottom black bar there is a button that says ‘Find’ with a magnifying glass.  Clicking on this will give you three options:

SEARCH:This is a key word search and allows you to type free text in the box.

b. Click the ‘Go’ button to search the list of design records.

c. A list will be returned with all those records that include your search term

SORT: This will sort your design records into a certain order. The sort options include: A-Z, Date Added, By Tag or Template.

a. Click ‘Sort’ on the black bar.

b. Click the button that corresponds with the sort you would like to apply
